コーヒーは苦手だけど、コーヒーゼリーは好きなんです。
なんでだろう。
無性に食べたくなってコーヒーゼリー作ってみました。
ベースのブラックコーヒーには少し洋酒を入れて。
ポイントは白いソース。
豆乳と葛粉ときび糖で作ってみたのですが、これが美味しい！
フルーツにかけても美味しいかも。
最近料理が本当に楽しいです。
